Insertion pins are used for ear lobe stretching, with appropriate sized acrylic plugs being fitted at each increment. Pagan Piercing will only stretch earlobes to a maximum of 24mm at present. Piercings will be stretched up in 1mm increments each week to a size of 6mm; thereafter the piercing will be stretched in 2mm increments on a fortnightly basis until the desired size is achieved.
